Montenegro has become one of the most accessible countries, where you can quickly obtain a residence permit in Europe for Russian citizens who want to get a residence permit abroad. The whole processing is quite simple, since the country is not part of the European Union.

A residence permit is an official document in the form of a plastic card, which is a proof of permission to stay in the country. As a rule, it is issued for 1 year. As of 2015, owners of residential property in the country can obtain a residence permit. It will be issued for 1 year and can be renewed an unlimited number of times as long as the property is owned. However, the spouse to whom the property is registered must apply first, and then only children who have not reached the age of 18, and the spouse or second spouse are permitted.
